Data roaming technology enables two-way communication with travellers via SMS, email or via the mobile app.
Responses are automatically tracked and can be viewed live on the mapping tool or via the reporting feature.
Colour coding of 'help' messages enables quick identification of any security or disruption matters that need urgent attending to.

Outgoing messages can be generated instantaneously or delayed to a specific date and time.

Recipients can be selected based on past, current or future travel events, as long as their booking has been imported. They can also be selected based on many variants such as


  • All registered users or active travellers only
  • All travellers worldwide, or in a given country or city
  • All travellers arriving, departing or going through a given airport within the selected country and city
  • All travellers flying with a given airline or flight number
